Waltham Forest HC has competitive Saturday teams in the East of England League and the regional Essex League. We have five men’s teams and four ladies’ teams, as well as a mixed team that plays on Sundays. Our men’s teams play exclusively in the East of England League, in divisions Premier B, 2S, 4SE, 6SE and 9SE respectively. The Ladies’ 1st XI play in the East of England League division 2 and the other Ladies’ teams in the Essex League divisions 1, 3 and 4 respectively.

Training
As a club we run training on three nights a week. We are proud that each of our teams has a dedicated coach to run training sessions and help players improve. Training takes place at Walthamstow Academy on the artificial pitch at the rear of the school:

| Wednesday 8pm-10pm: | Men’s 3rd, 4th & 5th XI |
| Thursday 8pm-10pm: | Men’s 1sts & 2nds (at Lee Valley) |
| Thursday 8pm-10pm: | Ladies 3rd and 4th XI |
