8 week hockey course open to all ages over 16.

If you have never played hockey before - or perhaps not
since school - then our Free Adult Hockey sessions are for you!
Missed the first few weeks? No problem at all: you can
join in at any time.
It is open to men and women over the age of 16 - there is no upper age limit!
Hockey is a fun and competitive game, but we recognise
that it can be challenging to join a club if you've not played much
before. Our beginner sessions aim to change all that... So come along,
grab a stick and learn the basic skills you need to play the game.
We provide all the equipment you need, so you just need to bring a bottle of water, trainers and lots of enthusiasm!
This is our second adult beginner course and it will
run for 8 weeks starting on 7th September. After that, you are
welcome to join in the club's main training sessions and hopefully
join the club as a member too and start playing matches.
If you do decide to join, you'll love it! We have
9 teams here at Waltham Forest Hockey Club: 4 mens, 4 ladies and a
mixed team. We also have a growing youth section who train on Tuesdays
and play in various tournaments during the year.
